“We have had our Mercedes Benz GLK350 serviced twice at European Motors. We recommend them enthusiastically. Very knowledgeable, honest, super nice people, good prices. First service was to diagnose car a few months back when we bought it. We were buying it used and wanted to make sure there were no surprises. Mark ran a full diagnostic, and found one small problem that he recommended we take back to the selling MBZ dealer for warranty repair. Mark printed out a description of the issue and the recommended fix. The dealer agreed with the analysis and fixed it no questions asked. Since then the car has had no problems.”

Since 1975, Dealership Quality at Family Business Cost
1975 was a historic year for the auto repair industry and our family business. The US Government voted on a law preventing any dealership from denying warranty service because routine maintenance was performed at an independent auto repair shop. That same year European Motors opened for business and the Magnuson-Moss Act of 1975 was passed.
It is a common question we get about doing a recommended service for a car with high miles. The customer generally wants to know what the cost is but there is no simple answer. If the car has not followed the Mercedes-Benz recommended service intervals we can’t determine what the car really needs at 120,000 miles. The solution we recommend is to bring the car in for Oil Service. This should be done every 5,000 miles. At that point, we will inspect the car to see if additional services are needed.
B-Service for MBZ consists of oil service and air filters replacement, along with the safety checklist. Costs start at $190 depending on your Mercedes year & model.
Again, no simple answer. Costs vary depending on parts and labor. The Mercedes-Benz brake system consists of several components (see auto brake repair diagram). Call our office for an estimate for your MBZ.
